Never. Stop. Improving.
To know a little more about me and my background. I was a tumbler for 14 years, 7 of those as a competitive cheerleader, have been resistance training for 10+ years which included Bodybuilding, CrossFit and Powerlifting. During my cheerleading career I was the team leader for a team that went on to place top 10 in the World. I coached cheerleading, gymnastics and American Ninja Warrior for 6 years from small gyms to world renown facilities. I was also a party motivator for 6 years before deciding to pursue personal training.

One year before starting personal training, I was training to be a professional parkour athlete and suffered a severe injury during a parkour stunt, resulting in breaking and dislocating both of my feet. Walking was out of the picture. I went through intense physical therapy and went from a wheelchair to re-learning how to walk. I trained myself back to become stronger than ever. Not only physically, but also mentally. The doctors told me I probably won't ever walk pain free.
In 1.5 years, I crushed new personal bests by biking 100 miles, deadlifting 425 lbs, Squatting 315 lbs and benching 285 lbs. I still flip, still run, walk, hike and can do the things I love. I created a template to thrive in the worst scenarios and how to best avoid any major injuries.
My goal for everyone I work with is to not just live a healthier life, but to understand that you only have one body and mind. I want to show you the power you have with that body and mind! And everyone is unique!
I learned a lot through my journey, but if there was one thing I had to take away and share with you here is that sometimes we need a little help, sometimes we need a guiding hand. Not alone, but together, we can Never. Stop. Improving.
