• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• Orders placed during high-demand periods (sales, holidays, etc.) may experience slight delays.

Shipping Options & Delivery

• We offer Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States (48 states).

• Standard Shipping delivery time: 7-14 business days after processing.

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Limitations At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

• Alaska & Hawaii

• U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)

• APO/FPO/DPO (Military & Diplomatic Addresses)
